Buying Cannabis Assets in Massachusetts
Tell us what you buy. We bring you Massachusetts retail, cultivation, manufacturing, vertical and medical assets that fit.
WHAT YOU GET
From conversations, not listings. What we bring you comes from our own conversations with Massachusetts owners, lenders and the people around them.
Tell us once what you buy. One short questionnaire on towns, license types and size. After that, we send what matches what you told us.
Operator experience in diligence. We can walk through the license history, lease, liens and Commission approval path with you and your counsel. Our principals have operated licensed Massachusetts cultivation, manufacturing and retail.
HOW IT WORKS
Tell us how to reach you. Five fields.
Sign our NDA. Sellers share their names with us under NDA, so we ask buyers to sign one first. What you're looking for stays private too.
Fill in the questionnaire. What you buy and where. Every question is optional.
We send what fits. Then we help you work through diligence.
Every deal we introduce is an asset purchase.
WHO YOU’LL TALK WITH
Jeremy Bromberg, Carl Giannone or Chrissy Cicon. Between us we've run licensed cultivation, manufacturing and retail in Massachusetts, and we're on the Cannabis Control Commission's pre-approved court appointee list.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Massachusetts retail, cultivation, manufacturing, vertical and medical assets.
-
No. Owners sell for all kinds of reasons. When an asset has problems, we tell you what they are up front.
-
Not without your OK. Your criteria and your identity stay with us until you agree to an introduction.
-
Yes, if the license comes with the deal. A Massachusetts cannabis license can't be transferred without the Cannabis Control Commission's prior approval (935 CMR 500.103(2)(b) for adult use, 935 CMR 501.103(2)(b) for medical). Plan for that review, and any host community agreement paperwork, when you set your timeline.
-
When another receiver is appointed, we may be able to introduce you, subject to that receiver's process and the court's approval. When we're the court-appointed receiver, the sale follows the court's process and we don't act as a finder on it.
